I help 8-figure businesses turn key inflection points into serious profit and enterprise value.
I’ve been helping companies change long before I ever worked with individuals.
For 15+ years, I’ve helped cult-favorite brands and high-moat B2B companies get unstuck and scale—with a knack for cutting through complexity and making things work (think Marie Kondo, but for operations).
Today, I partner with a small group of operators and investors to grow and sell underperforming mid-market businesses, focusing on EBITDA, clarity, and go-to-market discipline—especially where brand, margin, and performance need to move in sync.
If you’re a high-integrity, high-performing, creative leader who loves what you do, we’re going to love each other.
Profitability
I pinpoint what’s blocking profitability across the “4 Ps” (P&L, people, processes, and platforms) and build a clear roadmap to fix it—focusing on high-leverage changes that move EBITDA fast.
Growth
I evaluate your entire growth engine—from funnel to sales force to capital stack—and help you make the strategic moves (in marketing, GTM, or capital allocation) that unlock top-line acceleration.
Executive Partnership
I work alongside founders, CEOs, and investors to drive enterprise value—often stepping into interim roles to implement the operational systems, team structure, and GTM execution needed to scale or sell.

A trained management consultant early in her career, Rachel transitioned to consumer product operations at Apple prior to taking on executive operations roles at multiple consumer businesses in hyper-growth mode.
She’s taken unprofitable businesses and turned them profitable, doubled top lines, raised early-stage, Seed and Series A capital, run P&Ls, implemented cost management tools, and managed teams from 1 to hundreds of employees.
She’s also worked on businesses that couldn’t get profitable, leadership teams that had too many priorities, and projects that failed.
Her learning?
Holes in any lead to wasted capital, stunted growth, owners wanting to quit, client headaches, underperformance, and burnout. Today, Rachel helps creative, consumer-first organizations understand their most impactful moves and build the operational capabilities required to scale.
As she likes to say, “Change is good.”
