About Me

I built the life I was supposed to want. Then I broke it.

Penn, MIT, Apple, entrepreneur. And one really hard year in 2020 that changed everything I thought I knew about discipline.
Currently,
I'm a coach, speaker, and author building the home for craveable change. I also love a perfectly pulled espresso, fresh powder on the ski hill, and watching the people I work with finally make the changes they've been circling for years.

Change is not about willpower.
It's a skill.

In retrospect,

I probably should have known. The girl who lived in 6 cities and 11 apartments, worked for 10 companies across 7 industries, married and divorced, hired and fired, started a company and shut it down, dated dozens, and tried every diet, food, and routine out there — was always going to develop a knack for change.

About now you may be asking — why so much change?

I was looking for the thing no one was teaching.

Why some changes stick. Why most don’t.

I studied the experts. Practiced on myself. Read everything. And what I found was this:

Change isn’t a discipline problem. It’s a dopamine one.

Change is how we become the best version of ourselves.

Change is good.

The result was I got really good at change.

Since then, I have:

From small tips to life-changing processes.

I'm here to show you the same.

Whether you want to run that half marathon, build a saner morning routine, or take the big scary leap — you're in the right place.

Because everyone deserves to feel great in their life.

Feeling great isn’t a personality type. It’s a skill.

And as I like to say — change is good.
